Play Therapy
For younger children, talking about feelings can be difficult. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Amy uses play as a natural way for children to express themselves, process emotions, develop coping skills, and work through challenges.
Depending on the child, therapy may incorporate play, expressive arts, sand tray, conversation, and other developmentally appropriate approaches.
Tween & Early Teen Therapy
Therapy provides a supportive space where young people can feel heard, build confidence, and develop skills they can use in everyday life.
